Ready-to-Ship Items (Returns & Refunds)
Returns and refunds are accepted for ready-to-ship items within 30 days of receiving your package.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Items showing any signs of wear, washing, odor, stains, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted

All original tags must be attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, the item will be sent back to the customer and additional shipping charges may apply.
Pre-Orders
All pre-order sales are final. Pre-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once the order has been placed.
Please double check sizing and order details before completing your purchase.
Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 6-8 weeks, though production timelines may vary slightly.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky when shopping online. We offer size exchanges only for eligible items.

Item must have original tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will ship the new size once the original item is received and inspected.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is sold out, we may offer store credit instead.
We do not accept exchanges after 30 days from the delivery date.
Shipping Issues
Once packages are shipped, Designs by Kai is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, we will do our best to help investigate with the carrier.
